Senior Product Manager – Platform Enablement & Experience

Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager will lead hands-on execution and day-to-day management of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure platforms supporting AI-driven assessment solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you’ll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and operational teams to deliver infrastructure that is stable, observable, cost-efficient, and ready to support high-volume AI workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed infrastructure product planning, define clear technical requirements, and manage infrastructure backlogs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure effective prioritization and management of infrastructure tasks, balancing technical constraints, operational excellence, and business goals.
- Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Conduct ongoing infrastructure performance analyses, using monitoring/metrics to detect issues early and drive long-term reliability improvements.
- Maintain clear, regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and comprehensive documentation.
- Drive cost visibility and optimization across cloud resources and AI model workloads.
- Support incident analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews and system hardening.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on product management or infrastructure management experience, specifically with cloud-based SaaS products.
- Proven track record in managing technical infrastructure projects with measurable impact on stability, performance, or cost-efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure concepts, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills, capable of clearly documenting technical requirements and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident workflows.
- Ability to navigate trade-offs between reliability, delivery speed, and cloud cost.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing infrastructure products using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with infrastructure security, compliance standards, and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting data pipelines, ML/AI systems, or real-time processing environments.
- Exposure to scaling systems supporting high traffic or compute-intensive workloads.
