About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized Office & Finance Manager to join our team in a 70% position, with immediate availability.

This role owns the local operational and financial backbone of the company and works closely with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Reporting (Core Responsibility)

  • Managing and monitoring the company budget, including plan vs. actual tracking and variance analysis
  • Preparing, consolidating, and presenting financial data and reports for management
  • Ongoing coordination of financial reporting with the Australian parent company
  • Working closely with external bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll providers

Office & Operations Management

  • End-to-end responsibility for office operations and administration
  • Managing payments, collections, and day-to-day vendor relationships
  • Ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional office workflows

HR & People Operations Support

  • Supporting recruitment approval processes and HR administration
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees (contracts, forms, systems, and logistics)

Legal & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinating legal-related matters and documentation
  • Serving as the ongoing point of contact with the organization’s legal teams and external advisors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office or operations management roles with significant financial ownership
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including hands-on experience with budgets and financial data
  • High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with external service providers (finance, payroll, legal)
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
