Senior Product Manager – Innovative Assessment Design

Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager for Innovative Assessment Design will execute hands-on product management activities, focused on improving test interfaces and user experience across both B2C and B2B applications. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you’ll closely coordinate with design, engineering, and business teams, ensuring timely and effective product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed product planning, including defining clear requirements, prioritizing tasks, and managing product backlogs.
- Collaborate directly with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams, clarifying requirements and ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to refine products and prioritize developments.
- Manage day-to-day product operations, addressing product-related issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Ensure clear and concise communication with internal stakeholders about product updates, timelines, and expectations.
- Track product performance and usage data, using insights to drive continuous product improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on product management experience, particularly with SaaS or digital products.
- Proven capability managing products through full lifecycle, from requirements to launch and iteration.
- Strong practical knowledge of user experience principles and interface design processes.
- Effective communicator, skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and standard product management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing SaaS applications, ideally including both B2C and B2B environments.
- Technical background sufficient to effectively engage with engineering teams on integration and infrastructure matters.
- Background or familiarity with the education technology or testing industry is a plus.
