Senior Product Manager – Proctoring, Security, and Verification

Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager for Proctoring, Security, and Verification will lead the hands-on execution and technical management of sophisticated AI and analytics-driven security features. Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll closely collaborate with engineering, data science, and operational teams to ensure the integrity and seamless user experience of our assessment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage detailed technical product requirements and oversee product backlogs focused on AI-powered monitoring, detection systems, and analytics.
- Collaborate directly with engineering and data science teams to implement and refine AI-driven detection algorithms, real-time monitoring solutions, and anomaly detection systems.
- Oversee the development of advanced dashboards and operational tools for proctors and administrators, ensuring practical usability and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the development and prioritization of innovative proctoring, security, and verification features.
- Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of technically complex product features.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, provide product updates, and deliver clear documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on product management experience with technical SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity or experience with products involving AI, machine learning, analytics, or real-time monitoring systems.
- Strong capability in managing technical details and collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams.
- Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in managing digital assessment, proctoring solutions, or related technologies.
- Practical experience with operational dashboards and analytics systems.
- Technical acumen sufficient to engage deeply on algorithmic and analytical product requirements.
