Senior Product Manager – Report of The Future

Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager for the Report of The Future team will focus on the hands-on execution and day-to-day management of AI-driven linguistic analysis and automated assessment features. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will closely collaborate with linguistics researchers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and developers to deliver practical, effective assessment technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed product planning, manage product requirements, and oversee backlogs for AI-driven scoring and feedback systems.
- Work directly with technical teams (linguistics researchers, data scientists, ML engineers) to implement NLP, speech recognition, and automated assessment models.
- Prioritize and manage development tasks, balancing technical feasibility with customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market and user feedback analyses to inform ongoing product refinement.
- Ensure timely communication and clear documentation of product updates to internal stakeholders.
- Actively track product performance data and user engagement metrics to guide iterative product improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 4 years of product management experience, ideally involving AI/ML-driven products such as NLP or automated assessment.
- Proven experience effectively collaborating with technical teams such as data scientists, linguists, and engineers.
- Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing AI driven products.
- Familiarity with educational technology, language learning platforms, or assessment products.
- Experience managing products utilizing cloud-based AI/ML technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) plus.
