Our test is used by leading organizations around the world to assess English abilities in recruitment and language teaching, and is trusted by educational institutions and government offices to qualitatively measure English abilities in a wide variety of cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What will you do with us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SpeakNow is looking for a learning oriented&nbsp;<b>Data Scientist<\/b>&nbsp;to join our R&amp;D team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your goal is to ensure our models are state of the art in their accuracy and reliability for English language assessment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be the bridge between raw data and model performance. Your work will directly impact how we evaluate language&nbsp;proficiency for candidates worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Train state-of-the-art models to assess language proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test Performance Analysis:\u00a0Detect areas where current models underperform in the test.
